Description
Add some TEXTURE BEAUTY INTEREST STYLE to your space.
If you love the look of snowy fir, our Snowy Hemingway Hanging Wreath is a beautiful way to welcome winter into your home!
This generously sized wreath features full, layered fir branches covered in snowy white flocking. Frosted pine cones add another layer of natural texture, while glimpses of green beneath the snowy finish give the foliage depth and dimension.
The size is one of the things I love most about this piece. Measuring approximately 28 inches wide, it has a lovely presence on a front door without getting lost against the surrounding trim. The snowy white foliage is especially striking against a darker door, where the contrast really lets the wreath shine.
Of course, you don’t have to limit it to the front door. Display it above a mantel, on a large interior door, or as part of a seasonal focal point in your entryway. Its full, layered appearance gives it plenty of visual interest, even when you keep the rest of your decorating simple.
The classic fir design works beautifully for Christmas and throughout the winter season. Pair it with rustic wood, warm lighting, or neutral accents for a welcoming look that feels both cozy and timeless.
Design info and Decorating Inspiration
A beautiful wreath can set the tone for your entire entryway, and the Snowy Hemingway Hanging Wreath makes a lovely winter statement. Its full, layered branches create depth, while the snowy white flocking and frosted pine cones bring the look of a woodland landscape after a fresh snowfall.
If you have a dark front door, this wreath is especially worth considering. The light foliage contrasts beautifully with deep brown, black, charcoal, or other darker finishes. Add a simple doormat and a pair of planters with winter greenery to create a welcoming entrance without needing lots of extra decorations.
You can also bring the wreath indoors. Hang it above a mantel, on a large interior door, or in an entryway where its generous size can be appreciated. For a softer, more neutral look, pair it with creamy whites, natural wood, woven textures, and warm candlelight.
Because the design is centered on snowy fir foliage rather than bright holiday colors, it transitions beautifully from Christmas into the winter months.
Design tip: Before hanging your wreath, consider the color of the surface behind it. A darker background creates a striking contrast that highlights the snowy branches and makes the wreath feel even fuller.
