Cornucopia has been serving our local area with quality home goods at significant savings for over 40 years. We started at the Shipshewana Flea Market and at our current location on Harrison Street over 40 years ago. We are focusing on our store on Harrison Street and our online orders. We may be at the flea market and other pop up shops occasionally but will no longer be doing that all the time. We love to provide practical and pretty home decor and textiles at affordable prices. Many of you have been asking for a shopping cart on our website and here it is!

And who is behind Cornucopia? Elmina & I (Ruth) both worked for the previous owner (Gerard “Jerry” Carbone) for many years. (Elmina for over 20 years and myself off and on since the nineties). Jerry had always wanted us to take over some day but Ruth ended up working with kids in the inner cities of America and when Jerry decided to retire in 2006, Elmina bought the business. Ruth continued to help with buying decisions and starting an online presence. In 2015, Ruth moved back to the area and is loving have the children get to know the family. Ruth loves being back in the store and helping all of you find the things you love for your homes! Elmina owns the business and does all the paperwork (fun, fun), pays the bills and can be found working in the store some days, too. We are so blessed to have 2 additional staff members and appreciate them so much! You will find Becki here a few days a week year round and Linda is here in the warmer months.

Ruth is back in the store helping customers and does her best keeping up with the website, social media and online orders.
